2. Data processed and purpose

When you request a quote or contact us we process your name, email address, phone number and the content of your enquiry, solely for the purpose of providing an offer and staying in touch.

When you subscribe to our newsletter we process your email address to send marketing communications, based on your consent.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps necessary to perform a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4. Retention period

We process personal data until the purpose is fulfilled, or, in the case of consent, until it is withdrawn. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.

5. Your rights

You may at any time request access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of your personal data, and exercise your rights to data portability and to object. Please send requests to info@vareg.hu.

If your rights are infringed you may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH) or seek a judicial remedy.
